Are we allowed to have humans? Just plain humans? I dunno, I feel a bit squeezed in, what with all the hybrids/erasers. I feel there could be more variety. Even if humans are boring, they could still have powers and whatnot, right?
I don't even know what Erasers are. O__o
EDIT:// Nevermind about the Eraser part, I know what they are now. XD; I think it was either.. not in the background or I missed it. I'm pretty sure it was the second one. >_>; Lol.

I assume as long as the humans were modfied by the scientists to have said powers I can certainly sign off on that. (As for the Eraser thing, I put it the background by the way)

A long with the question about having humans, can I create a character that was a scientist in the labs and worked on creating hybrids, but left after having something of a moral turn around? I figure that would be a fun character to RP with other people.

Genetic mutations are always more fun, but if you insist on having just a 'Plain Jane' type human person, I won't stop you. Actually, that could make things more interesting to have a few humans around who know absolutely nothing about all of these... freaks, if you will. I dunno, if you want a human, go ahead.
And to Avanica, I think that would be fun to have a character like that. I already approved your form by the way! ^^
